Are there usage limits?
Voice minutes are capped at 1,500/month included — that's roughly 100 calls of average length, comfortably more than most single-location SMBs use. Above that, additional minutes are $0.05 each (we email at 80% so there are no surprises). Email broadcasts, social posts, and design templates are unmetered.
What if I get more calls than I can handle?
Violet handles unlimited concurrent calls — she's not a single human, she's software. If you start hitting 1,500 voice minutes regularly, that's a great problem to have, and the per-minute overage stays at $0.05 (capped at $50/mo extra in practice).

Can I pause if business is slow?
You can pause Violet from your dashboard for any duration — calls go to a custom voicemail you record. Your subscription continues during the pause; if you want to actually stop billing, cancel and re-subscribe later (we keep your settings for 90 days after cancellation).
Are there setup fees?
No. $399.99 is the only number on the invoice. Onboarding (about 10 minutes) is included.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Not yet — every customer is monthly so the 30-day money-back guarantee actually means something. Annual with a discount is on the roadmap (probably 2 months free for paid-annual) once we hit our launch milestones.
What about taxes?
$399.99 is the base. Sales tax may be added depending on your state — Stripe handles this automatically based on your billing address.

How does the free trial work?
7 days, full Assistant features, no credit card required. You get a Violet number, she handles your calls, you experience everything. On day 5 we'll ask which plan you want to continue with. If you don't pick one, your number is released and nothing is charged.
What's the difference between Screen and Assistant?
Screen is reactive: Violet picks up when you miss a call. Assistant is proactive: you get a dedicated Violet number, give it to people, and she answers every call as your gatekeeper. The dedicated number is the real product — most people upgrade within their first week.
Can I keep my existing number?
Yes. On Screen, calls forward to Violet when you don't pick up (no number change needed). On Assistant and Executive, you get a Violet number to share publicly — your existing number stays for close contacts. Number porting from another carrier is supported on Executive.
Is my voice clone safe?
The clone is keyed to your account and never used outside of your own calls. We watermark audio output so synthesized speech is detectable. Voice clone training audio is deleted after the model is built. You can revoke the clone any time from your dashboard.
Is the founding member offer real or marketing?
Real. First 500 Assistant subscribers lock in $299/year for life — that price never goes up. After 500 spots fill, the offer ends and won't return. The counter on this page is live.
What about privacy on my calls?
Call audio is processed for the call itself and not retained. Transcripts and summaries are stored encrypted, accessible only to you and Violet. You can delete any caller's history from your dashboard with one tap ("Forget [name]"). We never sell or share data.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard in two clicks. Your Violet number is released, your data is exportable for 90 days, then deleted. No exit fee. No "are you still there" loop.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual is offered after your first month — 20% off the monthly price (about 2.4 months free). We don't bundle annual at signup because the 7-day free trial + 30-day money-back is meant to feel low-commitment.
