Your first month with Violet Desk is covered by our money-back guarantee. If you're unsatisfied for any reason within 30 days of signup — Violet didn't book an appointment, the voice quality wasn't right, the integration didn't work, or you simply changed your mind — you can request a full refund of your $399.99 first-month charge.
To request: email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the subject line "Refund request." Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
After your first 30 days, you can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to Violet through the end of that period. We do not refund for partial months on a month-to-month subscription.
If you ever opt into an annual prepay (not currently offered), we provide a pro-rated refund of unused months when you cancel. Pro-rated refund equals (months remaining ÷ 12) × prepaid amount. There is no cancellation fee.
Email [email protected] from the address on your account. We'll confirm cancellation by reply within one business day. We do not require a phone call, do not run a retention script, and do not offer "wait, here's a discount" downgrades. Honest business — if it's not working, we make it easy to leave.
After cancellation, your call data is preserved for 90 days in case you reactivate. After 90 days, it is permanently deleted. You can request earlier deletion by emailing [email protected].
Your business phone number is unaffected by cancellation. The Violet number we provisioned for you is released back to our pool. Turn off call forwarding on your business line and your customers will reach you directly again — exactly like before signup.

If you're unhappy with how a refund was handled, please email [email protected] with subject "Refund dispute" and we'll work to resolve it. We prefer to fix problems directly rather than have them escalate to chargebacks. If you do file a chargeback without contacting us first, we may be required to suspend the account pending resolution.
If we change this refund policy, the change will not retroactively reduce protection for existing customers. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
