How it works
Is there a referral cap?
No cap on either side. Refer as many friends as you want. We've seen Executive customers refer enough to wipe out their bill entirely.
How long does my link stay active?
30 days from the moment they click. If they sign up within that window, the credit applies on both sides. After 30 days the attribution expires.
Does the credit apply to the Business plan too?
Right now referrals reward $50 on Personal plans. We'll be rolling out a Business referral program in a future release — credit on a $399.99 plan will likely be larger.
What if my friend cancels during their trial?
Credit is granted when your friend becomes a paid customer (after their 7-day trial). If they cancel during the trial, no credit is granted to either side — fair on everyone.
Can I stack referral credits with founding-member pricing?
Yes. Founding members ($299/yr Assistant) can still receive referral credits — they apply to your annual invoice when it renews.
